Neelkamal Group – Our Journey Through the Years
1974–1984 | GCC Retail Expansion
Neelkamal Textiles expanded across GCC countries with multiple high-end retail outlets. The brand became a trusted household name for premium textile fabrics throughout the region.
1987 | Entry into Garment Manufacturing
The Group established its first garment manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, becoming one of the earliest companies to own freehold industrial property in the zone.
1991 | Manufacturing Scale-Up
The garment manufacturing facility was relocated to Ajman as a large freehold industrial unit, employing thousands of workers and significantly expanding production capacity.
1992–2001 | International Business Expansion
Neelkamal diversified internationally by establishing textile and electronics businesses in CIS countries, strengthening its global footprint.
2002 | Global Garment Manufacturing
Mega Industries EPZ was established under the group, featuring state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities compliant with international standards. The Group began supplying major U.S. retailers and global importers.
2006 | Diversification into Plastics
The launch of Neelkamal Plastic Factory LLC in Northern Emirates marked the Group’s entry into plastics and packaging manufacturing, driven by innovation, quality, and industrial excellence.
2009 | Entry into Logistics
Nimbus Logistics Cargo LLC (NLC) was founded in JAFZA, UAE, offering 3PL and contract logistics services with customized, end-to-end supply chain solutions.
2023 | Manufacturing Excellence Reinforced
Neelkamal Industries was established in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, strengthening leadership in plastics and packaging manufacturing.
